We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Senior Associate in Hong Kong. You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging deals, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in insolvency, restructuring and litigation support through exposure to working with lenders, investors, companies and their advisors in distressed and urgent situations.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate you will take risks and adopt change to solve problems. You will be a team player and have innovative ideas in our Restructuring business.
High-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters;
Assisting with day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures;
Compiling and analyzing books and records, conducting an inventory of assets and dealing with claims of creditors
Performing cash-flow forecast, financial analysis and financial investigations
Drafting sections of detailed, complex reports and documents for Courts, creditors and stakeholders; and
Monitoring progress and ensuring completion of client work to statutory and client deadlines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
CA and/or CPA qualification preferred
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in restructuring/ forensic accounting/ insolvency advisory field;
Driven, displays leadership skills, influences others as well as collaborative problem solver;
Risk tolerant and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
Good business sense and a proactive, can-do attitude;
Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems;
Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; and
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
