Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Associate Project Manager, skilled at managing and delivering SEO and digital marketing projects from inception to completion, to become a part of an elite team in a forward-thinking agency environment. Reporting to the Associate Director, PMO, Client Delivery Operations and working closely with internal subject matter experts, you will manage concurrent projects and work with multi-disciplinary teams to meet our clients’ strategic and tactical search engine marketing objectives. As a vital member of the account team, you are confident in your ability to meticulously organize and keep your projects moving forward from the front lines, keeping the Account Director and Associate Director, PMO up to date with progress and overcoming hurdles along the way.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will manage multiple concurrent projects and work with cross-functional team members via Adobe Workfront
  • You will create and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet continuously changing needs and requirements
  • You will lead internal status meetings effectively; capture, store and distribute meeting notes
  • You will evaluate new work requests, identify resources needed, assign individual responsibilities, and schedule action items
  • You will provide regular updates and progress reports to the Account Director and internal teams
  • You will act as point of escalation internally for all issues, bug reports, and change orders
  • You will review all work before delivering to client; coordinate internal reviews and implementation related QA efforts
  • You will participate in brainstorming sessions to develop strategic/creative thinking for clients
  • You will suggest areas for improvement in internal and external processes along with possible solutions
  • You will be proficient in all aspects of project management process groups (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring / controlling, closing)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience delivering projects within an interactive advertising or digital marketing agency environment
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and Web Analytics

Additional information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $59,000 - $96,025. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
