What you will do in a Senior Technical Project Manager role at Kyruus Health:

  • We’re seeking a data-driven and detail oriented Senior Technical Project Manager who can help our teams plan and execute on cross-team and cross-department projects.
  • Communicate and collaborate with engineers and product managers at Kyruus and our partners to develop successful solutions. 
  • Effectively coordinate and work across various departments to conquer larger, complicated projects. 
  • Ask the right questions of, and listen actively to, our internal teams to understand changing needs and partner on solutions. 
  • Escalate issues and provide project updates to upper management. 
  • Help identify process issues and work with product and program leadership to document and distribute best practices. 
  • You’ll be responsible for key pieces of our Product Lifecycle, driving alignment and efficiency with the goal of making sure our Product Managers can focus on their core responsibilities.
  • You’ll report to the Director, Portfolio and Program Management in the Product Lifecycle Management Department within the Product Division.

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years Project Management/Operations experience or similar role in Program Management / Enablement. 
  • G Suite proficiency; Experience w/ Confluence or similar tool.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to juggle, shift gears and maintain a sense of humor.
  • Experience with industry-standard software lifecycle management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues.
  • Comfortable when communicating with multiple roles and teams, adapting communications to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Compensation Information:

  • Base Pay Range: $113,000 - $139,000/year
  • Other Compensation: In addition to your salary, this position is also eligible for our annual bonus program, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are a guideline and pay is based on a variety of factors including; qualifications, competencies, skill-set, and organizational needs.
