Siamo alla ricerca di un Senior Associate Presales Specialist per il nostro team di Presales. Il profilo si occuperà della realizzazione di proposte tecnico-economiche relative ai prodotti e ai servizi del portafoglio NTT; sarà inoltre un riferimento nelle fasi di analisi dei requisiti e di sviluppo delle soluzioni.
La persona avrà la possibilità di interfacciarsi con interlocutori interni ed esterni, tra i quali Client Manager, colleghi tecnici, il reparto Sales Support e i riferimenti dei diversi vendor.
Principali responsabilità
- Ingegnerizzazione di soluzioni e relativa produzione di proposte tecnico-economiche;
- Realizzazione di proposte economicamente corrette, complete e coerenti con le richieste;
- Risposte a RFP;
- Accurata analisi dei costi;
- Gestione in contemporanea di più task in maniera autonoma, in funzione delle priorità.
Competenze richieste
- Almeno 2-3 anni di esperienza pregressa come Network Engineer o Presales Engineer;
- Solida conoscenza del vendor Cisco;
- Certificazione CCNA;
- Conoscenza avanzata di Excel;
- Conoscenza avanzata del tool Cisco Commerce Workspace;
- Buona conoscenza di strumenti di AI (Copilot/ChatGPT);
- Ottima conoscenza delle architetture di rete (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routing e switching) e di infrastrutture server;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (speaking e writing);
- Ottime capacità logico-matematiche e di problem solving;
- Ottime capacità comunicative/di sintesi e grande predisposizione all’ascolto;
- Ottime capacità di team working e di collaborazione, interagendo con gli altri membri del team in maniera empatica e con atteggiamento proattivo.
Nice to have
- Conoscenza dei vendor Fortinet, Dell, Palo Alto, HP e HPE;
- Conoscenza delle architetture in ambito collaboration.

Skills Required
- 2-3 years experience as Network Engineer or Presales Engineer
- Solid knowledge of Cisco technologies
- CCNA certification
- Advanced Excel skills
- Advanced knowledge of Cisco Commerce Workspace
