About the Role

Pagaya is seeking a Senior Associate in the Office of the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives for the CEO. The senior associate will contribute toward a diverse set of challenges that enables Pagaya’s growth and innovation. We are ideally looking for someone with a well rounded ability to be detail-oriented, agile, analytical, and strategic. This is a great role to make a significant contribution toward Pagaya’s mission.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic finance support: working on analysis for deals, aligning on commercial terms, answering client questions, and prepping materials
  • Partner with finance on quarterly earnings process, from gathering key data points to building out supplement pages
  • Review quarterly board materials from an OCEO perspective, ensuring data points and messaging are accurate and clear
  • Drive key initiatives in partnership with other functions (e.g. finance, commercial business, capital markets, etc.)
  • Develop presentations and memos for meetings or events involving the CEO
  • Operate independently and with discretion
  • Support initiatives for the OCEO by independently building partnerships throughout the company
  • Ability to learn new concepts and contribute toward rapidly evolving business needs

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Economics, Business or Mathematics preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in investment banking, capital markets or consulting
  • Extremely detail oriented and proactive 
  • Experience with consumer ABS a plus
  • Demonstrated loyalty and ability to keep information confidential
  • Experience executing high quality results in fast paced environments 
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience with Intex is preferred

The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience. 

Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.

Compensation Range for New York Based Hires

$150,000$175,000 USD
