Lead cross-functional capital markets initiatives from strategy to execution, manage rating agency and investor relationships, improve secondary market liquidity, and drive automation and AI-enabled workflows for reporting, cash flow analysis, and dashboards.

Lead AI-driven transformation across corporate finance by mapping workflows, building a reusable finance knowledge infrastructure, prioritizing automation opportunities, delivering 5–10 high-impact AI initiatives annually, and partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and global finance teams to embed scalable AI solutions and enable change management.

The Director of Partnerships will lead strategic relationships, drive revenue, and execute initiatives within Pagaya's personal loan network, focusing on growth and partnership success.

Manage day-to-day treasury operations for investment vehicles and funds, including cash forecasting, securitization/funding (ABS, forward flow), reconciliations, reporting, and process automation. Partner with Finance, Capital Markets, and external parties to support liquidity, funding strategy, and operational scalability.

Support securitization and investment deal processes for consumer ABS/RMBS: prepare marketing materials, perform structural and collateral analysis, manage vendor reports, assist legal and trading desk, and support investor relations and analytics.

Own strategy and execution to expand Pagaya's auto asset class: drive end-to-end enterprise sales to OEMs, banks, and dealers; close complex deals; build C-level relationships; coordinate across Risk, Tech, Product, Legal, and Data; monitor market trends; and evangelize Pagaya externally.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for U.S. roles (up to Senior Director) across NYC teams. Build passive pipelines, partner with senior stakeholders, maintain Greenhouse ATS data hygiene, adopt AI/automation for sourcing, deliver market and compensation insights, mentor early-career programs, and drive employer brand and closing strategies.
