 Job Overview :

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced senior associate to join our growing commercial strategy & market research team during this exciting period of growth.  The individual will have a particular interest and passion for qualitative healthcare research. Reporting into a manager in India and being an integral part of a Global team, with other team members based in the US and the UK.

The successful candidates would be responsible for conducting the analysis of qualitative data derived from a range of methodologies such as online communities, IDIs, focus groups etc in support of answering our pharma/healthcare clients with their key business questions. As such, we are looking for someone who is already working in qualitative healthcare research role, with transferable skills to fully execute the day to day running of projects independently from managing fieldwork partners to developing insightful reports, with minimal supervision.

You will be part of a wider project team and would be expected to proactively engage in understanding and getting up to speed on background information on clients, therapies and healthcare trends. Showing the ability and aptitude to fully understand the client's business question and develop actionable solutions.

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the project leader team to define the project scope and lead on the design upon a new project being won.
  • Draft materials and discussion guides
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client point of contact for project engagements and internal team lead.
  • Manage vendors and execute all logistical work on projects.
  • Analyze qualitative data from a range of differing methodologies.
  • Support the full project team with day-to-day operations based on client's need.
  • Leverage clinical, scientific and business data to inform and optimize primary research strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of your client's business issues and apply to the design and execution of qualitative analyses.
  • Prepare insightful and actionable summary reports and presentations.
  • Provide training, mentorship and supervision to less-experienced staff on project teams.

Candidate Profile:

Education

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant area.

Experience

  • Must-have at least 2-3 years of experience with extensive qualitative research projects in the healthcare industry.

Skills 

  • Strong analytical and communication skills (both oral and written) as well as a demonstrated ability to develop persuasive arguments. 
  • Competence in using PowerPoint, Excel and Word is essential.
  • Familiarity with statistical software like SPSS, as well as basic programming skills are desirable.
