Sutherland is looking for Senior Associate Manager – Software Development to join the Healthcare Digital Engineering team for the Automation projects and will be responsible to deliver the automations that included the development of software, testing & deployment. The person should have hands-on experience in .NET (C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core), J Query, Angular JS, React JS, JSON, API’s, Bootstrap, Azure Services & MS SQL Server, Any of the automation tool (Blueprisim, Goanywhere etc.). Responsibilities:

• Keep management updated: Relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports
• Very Good Experience in Data Analysis, Data mapping, Database design, Data migrations, SQL performance tuning.
• Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
• Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback to CSRs
• Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations 
• Take the lead: Monitor calls/chats/e-mails as per defined sample plan and targets; report out any ZT cases and take necessary action; perform RCA and take corrective actions for defects identified during monitoring; drive quality awareness and improvement initiatives across program

To succeed in this position, you must:

10+ years of experience in the .NET technologies.

Primary responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with .NET (C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core), JSON, API’s, Bootstrap, Azure Services & MS SQL Server
• Experience with client-side scripting (jQuery, AngularJS, React JS)
• Problem solving skills & good team player
• Monitoring progress throughout the design process.
• Completing the assigned tasks by adhering to the coding standards and quality processes

Key competencies

• Functional Domain: Exposure to the U.S Healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Process: Working experience in the Agile SCRUM methodologies, Design patterns.
• Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.C.A
