What you’ll do:
- Handle Procurement process for IT Equipment / Project based on ISO Audit Standard
- Managing and Maintaining Office Network Connectivity and coordinating with Network team for Network Infrastructure Design and Build, Troubleshooting and Maintenance (WAN, Firewall, L3/L2 LAN, Wi-Fi System)
- Managing and coordinating with Telecom Service (ISP) Vendors to ensure Offices Telco Circuits availability (Internet, IDAP, ISDN, PSTN or etc.)
- Managing and Maintaining Voice over IP Phone (PABX) Systems
- Managing and Maintaining Office Meeting Rooms Video Conferencing and AV System Setup
- Managing, coordinate and troubleshoot for Office Structured Cabling System
- Maintaining UPS System Operation
- Managing and Implementing Office Expansion or Relocation Projects
- Daily System Administration and support (Accounts creation, termination, etc..)
- Documentation (Inventory, IT Drawings, IT related documentation)
- Maintain and support office Users Workstation (PC/Laptop) and various Office IT Equipment life cycle and availability
- Troubleshooting for IT Equipment and inquiries of users
- Local IT Team Works Management
- Communication with IT Vendors in various categories

What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or related technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, IT service management tools, and standard IT processes.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, system monitoring, and backup/recovery procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to work onsite at the designated office or facility as required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accountability under tight deadlines.
