Job Summary:
The HR Senior Associate supports in delivering a seamless, high-quality people experience across the organization. This role is responsible for executing core HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, managing compensation and benefits processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate end-to-end HR processes, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery across all stages of the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
2. Serve as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
3. Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth benefits delivery and issue resolution.
5. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations.
6. Oversee timely filing and remittance of BIR reports and statutory contributions, including SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
7. Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to HR and compliance matters.
8. Work closely with payroll outsourcing vendors to maintain and update payroll records.
9. Ensure payroll processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with company policies and local labor laws.
10. Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
11. Support system enhancements, reporting capabilities, and user access management.
12. Assist in preparing and monitoring the HR budget, including tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
13. Prepare and deliver complex, customized HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
14. Coordinate with HR third-party vendors (e.g., benefits providers, training partners), ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
15. Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
16. Facilitate entry and working visa processing for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with immigration and labor requirements.
17. Coordinate with relevant agencies and external partners for timely processing.
18. Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture-building activities.
19. Assist in budget planning, supplier coordination, and internal communications for HR programs.
20. Drive process improvements by leveraging data, employee feedback, and HR best practices.
21. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance overall employee experience.
22. Perform other duties as assigned.
Pre-requisites:
1. Candidate must be a Business or any related four-year course graduate
2. Must have at least five (5) years relevant work experience
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized
4. Process-oriented and analytical
5. Proficient with MS Office applications
6. Good communication skills
7. Desire to be pro-active and create a positive experience for others
