Job Description Summary
The Senior Associate, Human Resources leads recruitment for APAC, including coordinating the recruitment processes. In addition, provide HR business partner advisory and payroll support across APAC. Key duties include leading recruitment mandates with hiring managers and external headhunters (if used), and manage job postings, interviews, pre-employment checks, reference checks, offers and onboarding.

What you will do:
Lead APAC recruitment
Manage recruiting activities in Workday
Manage internal and external job postings
Liaise with recruiting agencies
Conduct reference checks
Conduct onsite/video interviews for entry and mid-level roles
Prepare offer analysis including pulling the appropriate market data match and internal peers
Prepare offer letters and confidential agreements
Process background and credit checks
Draft and edit job descriptions
Facilitate onboarding and off-boarding process of employees
Prepare, coordinate, and conduct new hire orientations
Enter new hire information into (HRIS) Workday
Assist with maintenance of the human resource database (HRIS) Workday
Process, organize, track, and maintain confidential files, records, and data
Provide benefit enrollment support
Complete responsibility of APAC payroll administration which includes liaising with payroll vendors, reviewing of reports, ensuring schedules are met, and oversight of the payroll support function
Provide advice and counsel to all APAC staff members on HR matters.
