Job Description

The Business

Our Employee Experience business focuses on the provision of solutions including employee insight and listening tools, a technology platform that connects users across our HWC segment, communication and change management services.

The Role

DUTIES:

  • Focus on employee insights (listening/surveys, assessments) while also connecting solutions across our EX portfolio, including strategy and change management, behavior change, and communications.
  • Use data, research, and insights to support new business opportunities, contribute to the design of integrated solutions to solve each client's unique need and help convert leads into profitable sales.
  • Partner with EX Architects/Senior Consultants (Directors, Senior Directors) to deliver insights to clients in areas such as leadership alignment and performance, rewards optimization, culture alignment, workforce well-being, safety, and engagement.
  • Provide actionable insights on improving employee engagement, shaping a high-performance culture and achieving optimal returns on talent and program investments.
  • Participate on - and help guide - the delivery team. Provide overall project management throughout the delivery phase - sharing accountability for overall success of the engagement.
  • Track and execute on contractual commitments for effective financial management.
  • Partner with Analyst and Associate-level team members to review work, provide guidance and insight.
  • Contribute to the learning and development of team members through "on the job" feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, new tools and approaches.
  • Reports to New York, NY office. Remote work permitted from any US location.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology, Data Analytics or a related Social/Behavioral Sciences field
  • Four (4) years of experience in a related Human Resources Consultant role.
  • Prior experience conducting surveys dealing with employee experience focused on improved engagement and retention.
  • Prior experience delivering insights regarding employees in areas such as leadership alignment and performance, rewards optimization, culture alignment, workforce well-being, and safety.
  • Prior experience identifying any anomalies in data submissions and assisting clients with making corrections to ensure integrity of the data in the final output.
  • Prior experience interpreting survey results and coherently explaining them to clients.
  • Prior experience analyzing and implementing projects to assess and improve the design and procedures of surveys delivered to clients.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $77,220 - $202,663 USD.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
