The Distribution Technology team at PIMCO partners closely with the Global Wealth, Client Management, operations and product teams to deliver digital platforms that support institutional clients, financial advisors, and internal partners. Within this group, PIMCO Pro is the firm’s digital platform for client engagement, analytics, and account servicing.
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Product Manager to join the PIMCO Pro team. This role focuses on client account servicing, investment analytics, and digital workflows and is designed for a high‑potential product manager looking to deepen their asset management expertise and grow into senior product leadership over time.

What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver defined product features and workflows within PIMCO Pro, with a focus on client account servicing, reporting, and investment analytics
- Partner with senior product leaders to contribute to roadmap planning and product strategy, with increasing ownership as experience and impact grow
- Develop deep domain expertise in PIMCO investment products, portfolio construction, account structures, and distribution servicing workflows
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and investment teams to translate business and client needs into clear product requirements
- Gather and synthesize user, stakeholder, and data‑driven insights to inform prioritization and product decisions
- Measure product performance and identify opportunities to improve client and internal experience

- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in asset management, investment management, or financial services strongly preferred
- Exposure to portfolio analytics platforms, reporting tools, or investment data systems
- Familiarity with fixed income, alternatives, or multi‑asset strategies
- Experience supporting institutional clients or financial advisors
- Comfort with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or analytics/monitoring platforms
Salary Range: $ 100,000.00 - $ 112,000.00
