The Artificial Intelligence and Data (AI&D) Operations team is seeking a dynamic and creative Program Lead to energize learning and connection across our AI, Data, and Technology teams-and across the broader enterprise. This role focuses on delivering value to the company by ensuring that opportunities for engaging with high quality content to accelerate learning and innovation and adopting best practices are provided and communicated. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of education, community building, and program management and is highly organized, collaborative, and creative.
As a Program Lead, you will be in a high-visibility and impactful role and be responsible for designing and delivering learning experiences, fostering active communities of practice, and orchestrating events that spotlight strides made in the AI, Data, and Technology space. In this cross-functional role, you will balance priorities of deliver high-quality programs on time while enhancing user experiences and supporting change management efforts.
What You'll Do:
You will serve as an integral member of the AI&D Operations team and lead efforts that support Education and Engagement, shaping the strategy and execution of learning and engagement efforts that foster enterprise-wide connection, innovation, and knowledge-sharing.
Program Design and Execution:
  • Partner with the Education and Engagement Manager to plan and deliver a portfolio of programs that support continuous learning, collaboration, and awareness across AI&D and the enterprise.
  • Design and execute high-impact in-person and virtual events, including hackathons, speaker series, showcases, workshops, and community meet-ups.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, communications, tech setup, material creation, and post-event engagement.

Communication and Content Development:
  • Create compelling written and visual communications-including presentations, intranet posts, short-form videos and digital signage-to promote initiatives and drive participation.
  • Translate complex and technical information into engaging, accessible content tailored to diverse internal audiences.

Community and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Identify and cultivate opportunities to grow communities of practice and strengthen engagement across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Act as a liaison between teams to surface needs and align education and engagement efforts with strategic goals.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement:
  • Develop and track metrics to assess program impact and employee engagement.
  • Use feedback and insights to continuously iterate and improve offerings.
  • Bring fresh ideas and a culture of experimentation to every initiative.

Required Skills:
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in program coordination, employee engagement, event planning, or change management and program development. Experience delivering educational or culture-building programming and building strong relationships in a technology-driven organization is a strong plus.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail and high-quality execution.
  • Change Management Skills: Demonstrated resilience and tenacity to keep community energized and reinforce engagement to realize business benefits.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and in matrixed environments.
  • Initiative: A proactive, self-starter with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Creativity: Ability to design innovative and engaging learning experiences.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong proficiency with collaboration and content tools.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree

Preferred Skills:
  • Design, content creation, or digital storytelling experience.
  • High interest or background in AI, data, or technology fields.
  • Experience working within a large, complex enterprise.
  • Experience using metrics to drive iteration and improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $121,000-$172,500
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
