Job Description

The Opportunity: 

Play a key role in shaping how our product portfolio grows across APAC, from product and pricing strategy to assortment and channel opportunities. Work closely with Global Brand and Regional Sales teams to turn market insights into commercially successful product strategies. Use data, consumer trends and retailer insights to uncover new opportunities and drive sustainable growth.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

Regional Commercial Product Strategy 

  • Develop regional product strategies aligned with brand priorities and commercial objectives across APAC.  
  • Recommend product assortments by market, channel and customer to maximise commercial performance.  
  • Partner with Global Brand Teams to influence product direction based on regional opportunities and market insights.  
  • Identify and evaluate new commercial opportunities to drive sustainable portfolio growth. 

Pricing & Portfolio Management 

  • Develop regional pricing recommendations and maintain pricing discipline in line with global frameworks.  
  • Manage product assortment and portfolio mix to optimise profitability and commercial outcomes.  
  • Support forecasting and product lifecycle planning through commercial analysis and market inputs.  
  • Recommend product, pricing and assortment changes based on market performance and retailer requirements. 

Commercial Growth & Channel Development 

  • Partner with Sales teams to develop customer and channel-specific product strategies.  
  • Identify incremental distribution opportunities across emerging and strategic retail channels.  
  • Support retailer-exclusive programs and customer-specific ranging opportunities.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver commercially successful product launches and growth initiatives. 

Performance Analytics & Insights  

  • Monitor sales performance, sell-through and portfolio health across markets.  
  • Analyse retailer, competitor and consumer trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.  
  • Provide commercial recommendations to optimise product performance, profitability and investment.  
  • Deliver insights to Regional and Global teams to support future product strategy and business planning. 

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing or related field 
  • Minimum 3 – 5+ years in Buying, Merchandising, Category Management or Commercial Marketing 
  • Experience developing commercially driven product, pricing or assortment strategies 
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using sales, retailer and market data to make recommendations 
  • Cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Proactive problem-solving. 
  • Attention to detail and organisation.
