We’re growing our Client Services team and are looking for a Senior Associate to help bring some of the industry’s most exciting creator partnerships to life. You’ll support campaigns for some of the world’s most recognizable consumer brands, owning execution from creator identification and outreach through reporting and ensuring every campaign runs smoothly along the way.

We’re looking for someone who combines exceptional attention to detail with genuine curiosity. You ask thoughtful questions, care about the “why” behind the work, and aren’t satisfied with simply checking boxes. You take ownership, communicate proactively, and set a strong example for those around you through the quality of your work and your willingness to learn.

This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their client service and influencer marketing expertise while building the judgment and leadership skills required to progress into management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • End-to-End Deliverables: Own influencer identification and rationale, outreach, contracting, kickoff briefings, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage the details of campaigns, including content review, pushing content live, and maintaining accurate internal budget trackers.
  • Strategic Support: Assist Managers with client relations by preparing status documents, tracking ongoing campaign measurement, and synthesizing reporting data.
  • Proactive Optimization: Monitor campaigns daily to track success, identify potential roadblocks early, and propose creative optimization ideas to senior team members.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to high client retention.

  • Experienced Campaign Operator: You have 3+ years of agency experience managing influencer campaigns and can confidently balance timelines, budgets, creator relationships, and competing priorities.
  • Data-Driven Storyteller: You have a strong grasp of campaign performance metrics and know how to turn data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Marketing Scholar: You stay curious about the evolving social landscape, creator economy, and broader marketing ecosystem. You’re always looking to understand what’s working and why.
  • Trusted Teammate: You communicate proactively, follow through on commitments, and consistently deliver high-quality work. Your attention to detail and professionalism make you a reliable partner to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Creator Marketing Enthusiast: You understand that influencer marketing is ultimately about people. You have strong instincts for creators, audiences, and culture, and enjoy building authentic relationships that drive campaign success.
