Assist clients with questions by answering administrative questions or routing the client to a financial advisor. Responsible to schedule member appointments for the financial advisor, make appointment reminder calls, schedule reviews and routing/tracking staff referrals. Assist in the marketing of the retirement and investment services program with credit union employees and members. Prepare seminar preparations, mail, communicates changes, provides telephone coverage, prepares memos and correspondence and manages calendars. Monitors the supply of marketing and compliance materials and provides functional support for the program.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead team efforts in the planning of member appreciation events, and retirement and investment services workshops, and local promotions.
  • Remain up to date with the credit union product and demonstrate an understanding of credit union products and services and cross-sell credit union products and services.
  • Coordinate and ensure supplies are stocked and current.
  • Coordinate newsletters, surveys, seminars, review letters, thank you cards, milestone cards and appointment information forms. Promote the program to credit union employees and members.
  • Set up appointments with members, analyze, sort, and deliver incoming mail, provide telephone coverage, prepare memos and correspondence, and manage calendars. Provide administrative support for the retirement and investment services program.
  • Works with the financial advisor to ensure brokerage account paperwork is in order and compliant. Track staff referrals and work with staff to ensure that they understand the referral process.
  • Prepare seminars and webinars by making room arrangements, preparing documents, organizing attendees, confirming seminar attendance and attending seminars to assist the advisor.
  • Scheduled and coordinate appointments for the financial advisor. Putting together new member file kits for appointments helps to complete applications to send new accounts to the brokerage home office, organize and maintain the client database, enter notes and schedule follow-up appointments.

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum -  High School or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 Years Customer service, sales or related

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $52,300.00 to $81,300.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
