Job Summary:
As a Senior Associate, Go to Market Delivery, you will support go to market planning and execution of card product launches and refreshes across Chase Branded Cards flagship portfolios (Slate, Freedom, Sapphire, and Ink). You will partner with VP, Go to Market Lead to establish robust go to market program, oversee overarching go to market plan, and driving delivery of key milestones and resolution of strategic issues, ensuring successful market launches of innovative card products in a complex, matrixed environment. This is a unique opportunity to help accelerate Chase Branded Cards roadmap and bring to market the next generation of Chase Branded Cards.
Job responsibilities:
- Drive delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives in a complex matrix environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring best-in-class card products to market.
- Manage complex, integrated program from ideation to execution, including planning, development of project plans, deliverable tracking, and milestone management to ensure timely and seamless delivery.
- Lead launch readiness forums with senior leaders across card business and functional partners, ensuring readiness and alignment across all stakeholders.
- Support delivery of comprehensive go-to-market plans to amplify impact across customer-facing channels, e.g., acquisition, branch, and servicing.
- Identify and address key milestones, strategic issues, and interdependencies, driving them to resolution across all stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with Chase Branded Card product and marketing teams, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Become an expert in new product launches, supporting development of evergreen product launch and go-to-market playbook.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, go to market strategy, product leadership, consulting, or corporate development, preferably in financial services or payments.
- Proven ability to develop high impact strategies, execute complex initiatives, and deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and a drive to execute tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Strong orientation towards understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations for both external and internal customers.
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills, with the ability to structure problems, frame decisions, and drive resolutions.
- Strong ability to identify and articulate connections across complex systems and concepts, synthesize information, and drive solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and motivating partners towards accomplishing a common goal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at navigating ambiguous and unstructured challenges.
