As the Associate Director, Capital Markets, based in Amsterdam you will play a key role within the global Capital Markets team.
This is an exciting opportunity to aid PATRIZIAs growth strategy. The role will be to lead the business development and platform buildout by working with PATRIZIA’s Head of Capital Markets Europe excluding DACH. As an independent, stand-alone role you will be responsible for the capital raising efforts for both Real Estate and Infrastructure, open and closed end Funds along with specialized solutions or separately managed accounts for Investors. Also, working closely with Product Development contributing to the strategic build out of our product shelf. The Investors are primarily Pension Funds and Financial Intermediaries.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead generation in new market segments .
- Attendance at local conferences and industry events to source new leads for PATRIZIA. Participating in the development of new products relevant for the location, according to marketing materials and client focused messaging.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of Cross-Country Roadshows with Portfolio Managers and key executives and PATRIZIA’s Founder.
- Supported by the Products Team located in London and Augsburg, you will be responsible for all Client meeting follow-up and the coordination of specific information requests .
- Management of SalesForce data to ensure timely execution of marketing activities such as delivery of White Papers, Fund Updates and new fund launches to interested parties.
- Coordination of marketing events targeted at key clients and prospects
- Accountability and assistance in the day-to-day compliance and regulatory activities
- Proactive and self-sufficient, able to manage administrative duties such as travel bookings and expense tracking; SAP invoicing and payment.
What we look for:
- Demonstratable prior experience within Client Relationship Management, Investment Management or Business Development
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- A sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Strong working experience of using SalesForce and Seismic.
- Great interpersonal skills - collaboration and connecting with people is key.
- Excellent presentation skills and a proven self-starter.
- Working knowledge of German language would be considered an asset.
