Position Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team, specializing in structured products and equity derivatives for private banking, wealth management, and external asset managers (EAM) clients. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills in multiple languages, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Provide product ideas, advisory, and execution support for Equity Derivatives, Swaps, Options, and Structured Products.
Maintain and expand relationships with Private Banks, Wealth Management firms, and EAM clients.
Liaise with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate solutions for clients.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities aligned with client needs.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Continuously improve the existing platform to enhance efficiency and client experience.
Work on both flow and non-flow product ideas catering to diverse client requirements.
Contribute to business development efforts and help the team to grow.
Responsibilities
4–7 years of relevant experience in financial markets or a related role.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written).
Solid understanding of Equity Derivatives, Swaps, Options, and Structured Products.
Proven track record in covering Private Banking, Wealth Management, and EAM clients.
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and excellent work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
