Responsibilities:

Coordinates and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Performs functions related to human resources activities including recruitment and selection, training and development, remuneration, etc. • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. • Provide counselling on policies and procedures to employees. • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process. • Create and implement effective onboarding plans. • If required, assist in the development of training and development programs. • Assist in performance management processes. • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. • Maintain employee records (attendance, personal information, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements. • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.
