Manage end-to-end domestic order administration and logistics for 30+ accounts, serve as primary customer liaison, ensure regulatory-compliant trade documentation, coordinate with MRD/SDO EXIM and transporters, produce sales and fulfillment reports, and implement process improvements to reduce lead times for local shipments.

Provide practical design and execution input for electrical systems (main, emergency, UPS); review and optimize designs for modularization and enclosures; evaluate vendor deliverables and equipment selections; prepare reports; review constructability, costs, and quantities; establish motor assurance and QA/testing programs; and participate in commissioning and start-up planning.

Operate production machines safely, monitor product quality and discard or rework faults, maintain daily production records, and follow procedures to meet production, cost, waste, and quality targets.

Operate and monitor plant process parameters (flow, pressure, temperature, levels), communicate with field operators, report abnormalities, perform minor adjustments and emergency shutdowns, investigate faults, optimize raw material and utility usage, prepare operational reports, and follow OHS procedures while assisting in training and other assigned duties.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: manage supplies and budgets, maintain databases and filing, schedule appointments and meetings, handle correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, arrange travel and accommodations, and coordinate internal and external events.

Support recruiting and HR projects through administrative tasks: assist with basic research, communicate with managers and staff, answer phones, take meeting notes, input data, run errands, and perform assigned production or purchasing tasks to ensure smooth project operations.

Design, implement and manage interconnected programs; set strategies, objectives, timelines, budgets and risks; evaluate outcomes and prepare stakeholder reports. Requires program management and reporting to ensure program success.

Assist the Regional Sales Manager in sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, performance objectives, market analysis, and managing customer data.

Manage end-to-end recruitment: create job postings, screen and interview candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, oversee offers and onboarding, represent the company at job fairs, and refine recruitment strategies based on market trends.

Manage corporate sponsorships and partner relationships: maintain sponsor records, execute promotions, prepare collateral and sponsor recaps, and design proposals, contracts, and presentations.

Perform qualitative and quantitative due diligence on private equity and private credit managers; underwrite co-investments with LBO and credit modeling; support transaction execution, investment committee materials, and portfolio monitoring.

Perform audits and reviews of operational and financial processes, verify financial transactions and statements, identify non-compliance, recommend process improvements, and prepare audit reports for external auditors and regulators.
