ABOUT THE POSITION

Responsibilities
  • 使用 Unreal Engine 4/5 进行游戏客户端功能模块的设计与开发;
  • 参与游戏逻辑、战斗系统、角色控制、手柄输入等核心模块的实现;
  • 编写和维护 C++ 代码及 UE 蓝图逻辑,确保系统的稳定性和可扩展性;  
  • 与策划、美术紧密配合,推动游戏功能高效迭代;
  • 优化性能,解决开发过程中的技术难题;
  • 参与 UI 界面开发(基于 UMG)及相关交互逻辑实现。

Qualifications
  • 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历,2~3 年 UE4/UE5 客户端开发经验;
  • 熟练掌握 C++ 编程语言,熟悉面向对象设计与常用设计模式;
  • 熟悉 UE4/UE5 引擎架构,掌握蓝图系统(Blueprint)、UMG、材质系统等核心模块;
  • 有手柄输入系统开发经验,熟悉 Xbox / PS / Switch 手柄适配与交互设计;
  • 具备良好的编码规范和调试能力,有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神;
  • 有完整项目上线经验者优先,有独立开发或开源项目贡献者加分;
  • 热爱游戏行业,对游戏品质有追求。

About Our Team
Virtuos Chengdu was the second studio ever to be founded by the Virtuos Group back in 2008. Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in C++
  • Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages
  • Solid mathematics (linear algebra, geometry) and graphics knowledge
  • Deep understanding of modern graphics APIs (DirectX, OpenGL, Vulkan)
  • Experience using or developing game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity)
  • Multithreaded programming, memory management, and performance tuning experience
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced team environments
  • Game industry project experience
  • Familiarity with GPU architecture and internals
