Job DescriptionThe primary purpose of Senior Desktop Assessing within Building Claims is to validate, quantify, and perform system and risk assessments on Complex Building Claims to support accurate, fair, and timely claim decision-making.

Experience Required
3-4 years experience within the Short-Term Insurance Industry
3-4 years Experience in inspecting buildings to ensure compliance with specifications and building regulations as well as experience in mitigating financial risks associated with property assessments
5-7 years demonstrated ability to produce accurate, valid, and reliable property assessments as well as experience in property assessment, real estate valuation, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry
The role requires an incumbent with minimum 5 years experience as a Building Desktop Assessor.
