What success looks like in this role:
- Management of the customer’s Aruba ClearPass and related systems.
- Plays a lead role in providing global Network Engineering support.
- Configures and installs complex network devices, infrastructure and systems.
- Ensures the ongoing performance of network maintenance and systems upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
- Monitors network security and risk metrics, tracks issues and exceptions to risk policies and standards and liaises with Cybersecurity team members – suggesting process improvements and ensuring compliance with company security protocols and guidelines.
- Analyzes current network configuration, performance metrics and business needs, recommending future infrastructure improvements.
- Works to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to network infrastructure.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- High client- and result-orientation
- Reliable and team oriented work style
- Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX) and one or two of the following certification:
- Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX),
- Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX),
- Aruba Certified Switching Expert (ACSX).
- Availability to work in a 100% office-based position
- English and German on business fluent level in spoken and written form
