The Role

About the Role:

As a Senior Art Director, you bring a creative voice with strategic thinking to projects. You have a diverse array of experiences to bring to the role—from conceptual development to leading creative teams to the execution of compelling pitch deliverables. You'll lead a team of designers to create and communicate concepts that win new business, dig into pitch strategy and storytelling, and develop world-class creative assets.

Leading creatives and working alongside multidisciplinary leads—in strategy, account, technology, and project management—doesn't faze you. You build strong relationships with agency leadership and discipline leads, collaborating to craft engaging narratives that will define the next evolution of the marketing industry.


You Will:  

  • Lead a team of designers and creative specialists dedicated to new business development initiatives
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of brand, marketing, campaign, social media, and digital industry via concept, design, and execution
  • Ideate and execute on high-impact storytelling deliverables including presentation decks, video content, motion graphics, digital experiences, campaign concepts, and supporting materials—crafting visual stories that resonate with C-suite, executive stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop and refine pitch narratives and brand positioning that clearly articulate agency capabilities and competitive differentiators
  • Direct the creative vision for all new business materials, ensuring exceptional craft, visual appeal, and strategic alignment
  • Prepare and present creative concepts and and ideas to agency leadership, discipline leads, and new business stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Take direction from internal leadership, creative directors, and new business leads
  • Partner with multidisciplinary teams including new business, strategy, account, and project management to ensure projects, tasks, and timelines are coordinated and executed flawlessly
  • Provide regular team mentorship, constructive feedback, and establish standards of excellence across all creative deliverables
  • Juggle multiple simultaneous projects, managing day-to-day creative needs and providing strategic direction to the design team
  • Learn agency capabilities, processes, and proprietary tools to create compelling, comprehensive visuals and narratives for winning pitches
  • Build strong relationships with agency leadership, new business leads, creative directors, and other discipline leads across the organization
  • Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaborative storytelling
  • Work from our Office at Zona Franca Metro 3 days a week

You Have:  

  • 8+ years of branding and new business pitch experience, with a proven track record of supporting winning pitches
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executives and senior leadership
  • Proven aptitude for quick, creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding, fast-paced deadlines
  • Demonstrated expertise in video content, motion design, and multimedia storytelling
  • A keen enthusiasm for and demonstrable understanding of trends, digital opportunities, and emerging technologies
  • Strong experience with brainstorming, pitch strategy, brand positioning, asset/content development, and new business materials
  • The ability to lead and inspire creative teams while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
