The Senior Art Designer will support and enhance the creative vision of the marketing team through creative concept development, hands-on design execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Working from creative briefs, this role will bring design excellence to a variety of projects including websites, email campaigns, paid and organic social, and occasionally print materials. The ideal candidate is a seasoned digital designer with the ability to think conceptually, act autonomously, and evolve brand work to new heights — all while communicating clearly with product owners and our development team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
•    Lead multidisciplinary digital creative projects such as website landing pages, email campaigns and social campaigns from concept to execution while maintaining alignment with strategic goals and brand vision.
•    Collaborate directly with product owners and stakeholders to understand goals and translate briefs into engaging creative solutions.

•    Work closely with the Director of Creative Design to maintain and evolve brand standards.

•    Contribute to and improve existing design systems and creative processes.

•    Prepare and hand off production-ready design files to development with a clear understanding of how assets are built and optimized for web.

•    Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation and perform creative QA when necessary.

•    Stay current with digital design trends, UX best practices, and emerging tools and techniques.

•    Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline awareness.

•    Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

•    6+ years of professional experience with a focus on digital design.

•    Strong portfolio showcasing multidisciplinary design work, including web, email, and social

•    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Adobe XD

•    Proven understanding of digital user journeys, UI/UX best practices and digital marketing tactics.

•    Ability to interpret creative direction and take initiative to push ideas forward

•    Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

•    Ability to create and iterate on paid and social media creative, aligned with performance goals

•    Working knowledge of how to deliver optimized assets to development teams

•    Copywriting and editing skills for short-form digital copy

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

Physical Requirements:
•    Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
•    Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer.
•    Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing.
•    Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print.
•    Hand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently
•    Reach with hands and arms occasionally

For Hybrid Roles:
·    Must be able to commute to an office setting as required, which may include walking short distances and navigating an office environment.
·    Occasionally moves about the office to access files, office machinery, and meet with others.
