Primary Responsibilities:

• Craft and communicate the overarching architecture vision and technical strategies, and trade-offs at various levels, securing buy-in across the organization
• Develop comprehensive architectural plans and oversee the implementation of integrated systems that align with business goals
• Collaborate with business and enterprise architects to understand strategies and provide technical guidance to development teams, helping them resolve complex technical issues and ensuring adherence to architectural standards
• Provide recommendations and technical guidance to improve performance, reliability, and reusability within budget, resource and business constraints
• Ensure that system architecture of both own and acquired entities confirms to organization standards
• Engage with multiple teams and vendors, offering assistance on ongoing projects for design and architecture, and demonstrations of emerging technologies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to explain technical solutions, their benefits, and potential impacts on the organization
• Maintain detailed architectural blueprints, technical standards, and documentation to ensure consistency and clarity in system design and implementation
• Present a decision matrix with solution recommendations and rationale of preferred design options to stakeholders
• Work with delivery teams to identify and mitigate technical debt in architecture aspect, both short-term and strategically
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and apply innovative solutions using emergent technologies
• Promote the use of reusable frameworks and architecture patterns among engineering teams
• Guide engineering teams to deliver secure solutions that conform to enterprise architecture standards
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience.
• 16+ years of experience in technology with 6+ years of Architecture experience
• 6+ years of experience dedicated to implementing and integrating technology solutions, spanning data engineering, cloud solutions, system integration, solution design, development or configuration, and deployment
• 6+ years of experience navigating complex business problems and solution options involving multiple domains and technologies
• 6+ years of experience effectively communicating solutions and patterns to a geographically diverse workforce, including senior leaders and various resource groups
• 6+ years of experience with industry-standard architecture principles, design patterns, best practices, and technologies
• 5+ years of experience in technical roles at an architect or senior engineer level
• 5+ years of experience specializing in enterprise services that provide top-tier experiences, with a solid emphasis on non-functional requirements
• 5+ years of experience directly involving design or delivery of systems and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards
• Demonstrated experience in facilitating and leading large-scale, complex architectural projects from conception to implementation
• Professional experience in architecting and implementing solutions on public cloud platforms such as Amazon, Google and Azure
• Experience working in Healthcare Payer side supporting member journeys
• Basic understanding of AI and ML knowledge and driving solutions
• Proficiency in the programming languages, such as Java, SpringBoot
• Proficiency in the web and mobile technologies such as React JS, React Native and Abyss framework
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
