  • Conduct technical visits to assess customer needs, identify opportunities, follow up on applications, and gather technical feedback.

  • Support the sales team in promoting products and solutions by delivering technical presentations, training sessions, demonstrations, and participating in events and trade shows.

  • Prepare and follow up on technical proposals in collaboration with the commercial team, ensuring accuracy of technical information and effectively promoting ABB’s value proposition.

  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and specific industry demands while acting as a technical‑commercial consultant to recommend customized solutions.

  • Record activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in internal systems (Salesforce) and ensure compliance with safety standards and corporate procedures.

Requirements

  • Solid experience working with customized medium‑voltage electrical machines.

  • Previous experience in similar roles involving technical promotion or market development.

  • Availability for frequent travel and field activities is required.

  • “Hunter” profile, with strong skills in prospecting and developing new customers.

  • Desirable: experience with variable frequency drives and drive systems.

  • Desirable: Advanced English skills for reading, writing, and conversation.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to be part of a global company engaged in high‑impact industrial projects.

  • A collaborative, learning‑oriented environment with access to advanced technologies and training.
