About the Role: Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 firm and the leading immigration services provider, is seeking an experienced Application Developer with skills in .NET, React, and Vue.js. The role works on a team of experienced Developers that create user-facing web applications in a full-stack environment. We are revitalizing one of our key products using React. This opportunity will allow for an Application Developer to make a significant contribution to the firm and grow both their skills and career.
How will you make a difference as a Senior Application Development Specialist at Fragomen?
- Play a central role in the technical implementation of React
- Upgrade, replace, and modify web applications and components with the Vue.js framework
- Produce robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code
- Coordinate with other team members, including back-end developers and business analysts
- Add value to a team environment through collaboration, careful communication, and a quality mindset
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on design and application workflow
- Drive development projects from conception to deployment into production
- Be part of a team that drives a successful software product, where your work helps to create value that will be easily identified
Leverage your valuable skills and experience to make an impact at Fragomen:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Application Development
- Experience with JavaScript, Vue.js, React, .NET frameworks, .NET Core and C#
- Proficiency in T-SQL
- Experience in deeply learning and understanding a custom enterprise solution
- Strong experience with waterfall and agile methodology
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
