Job Purpose:
We are on the hunt for a sharp, detail-oriented Senior Application Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key part of the implementation and management of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other business applications within the organization. This role demands close collaboration with diverse departments to fully grasp their business and technical requirements and deliver top-notch digital solutions that address real business challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for various application software and systems.
2. Perform detailed technical analysis of system requirements to design and develop efficient software solutions and enhancement
3. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues within applications, ensuring smooth operations.
4. Work closely with stakeholders to configure ERP and business applications to meet the specific needs of the organization, including customizing workflows and integrating with other systems.
5. Support technical project delivery, often involving collaboration with business units and various departments.
6. Offer technical support and expertise in the development and maintenance of application software.
7. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and provide ongoing assistance and system optimization.
8. Monitor the performance of ERP and business applications, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary upgrades or patches.
9. Ensure that all systems comply with relevant industry regulations and maintain the highest standards of data security and privacy.
10. Stay abreast of the latest trend and technologies in ERP and business applications, seeking opportunities to enhance system capabilities and streamline business processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in ERP systems and business applications support & projects.
• Proven technical skills with a strong record of supporting & delivering complex business applications, with good ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks within tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of ERP software, business application systems and integration of various applications/systems, experiences in core financial system or supply chain related system would be a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of stakeholders in the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess risks, identify issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs or workshops.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Preferably product experiences with Oracle, SAP, CTRM, CRM or other ERP in the areas of oil & gas, commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, logistic will be advantage.
