Responsibilities
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Manage workload and define constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Conceptualize and render 3D visuals for point-of-sale (POS) materials, retail displays, and floor stands to ensure structural integrity and visual impact.
Translate campaigns by adapting global toolkits and key visuals into localized trade marketing assets, including POS material, price updates, digital screens, etc.
Use the appropriate creative principles, such as colors and layouts, for each graphic based on shared toolkits
Create rough drafts, sketches, and 3D mockups for client’s discussion, ensuring all designs meet brand standards before final production.
Participates in collaborative revision and approval process with marketing and Content Studio’s teams to produce final approved design
Prepare mid-level complexity, print-ready layouts, and test graphics across various media to ensure precise specifications for various substrates. (e.g cardboard, glass, specialized plastic)
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Creates designs for clients that visually communicate desired product or project messages. Designs may be used in various visual media including magazines, billboards, advertising, point of sale materials and product packaging.
Meets with clients to discuss requirements and the design of the project.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required, major or significant coursework in Art, Graphic Design, or related disciplines or a related fine arts field
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in graphic and motion design, with a primary focus on trade marketing and physical media.
Good understanding of printing processes (offset and digital), ink limits, bleeds, and material-specific constrains for large-scale production.
Superior artistic and design skills.
High proficiency with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
Expertise in 3D design software for structural and environmental rendering, such as: Adobe dimension, Blender, or 3Ds Max for realistic product and display visualization.
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Ability to plan a project based on interactions with the client and in accordance with the clients’ requirements.
Excellent time management and planning skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexible working hours, at least 1 days per week, to join meetings with the team in the USA.
