YOUR NEW ROLE

• Handling Incident tickets landing to the queue
• Working on incident, provide break fix and permanent fix to restore production system availability following outages
• Applying effective risk controls on Vulnerability to identify potential threats and minimize or remove a business impact.
• Document knowledge articles based on learning from incident / change
• Create change and manage change life cycle and implement low/moderate risk changes
• Coordinating with Cisco/Juniper vendors for TAC and RCA
• Support queue management during Australia business hours
• On call support during non-business hours Knowledge and abilities Expertise in TCP/IP, routing and switching Strong practical knowledge of implementing/troubleshooting multi-vendor network environments such as Cisco/Juniper etc. Strong hand-on in implementation & troubleshooting of Data Center Networks. Strong knowledge in packet capturing and analysis

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 7-12 years Technology experience
• Hardware - Cisco ISR & ASR routers, Catalyst switches (3750, 4500, 6500), Nexus (9K, 7K, 5K)
• Routing and Switching
• Layer 2 protocols (STP, LACP, VPC, VDC, VSS, STP, VxLAN)
• Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
• Networking protocols (MPLS, IPSec, DMVPN, SNMP)
• Load Balancer (F5)
• Service Now
