The Senior Analyst is responsible for analytical projects, financial aspects, and a detailed understanding of insurance coverages, loss trends, and the financial impact to the customer.
Essential Duties and Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Determines contract pricing in accordance with cost analytics for agents
· Conducts in person customer contract audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
· Serves as a liaison between carriers and customers on claims when requested and ensures retention
· Provides Business specific training to new hires in relation to operational processing and programs utilized in day-to-day operations
· Provides analytics and discussion regarding customer and operational needs in reference to reinsurances, DOWC, and Retro.
· Completes customer and company projects as assigned.

· Safety and security—The Senior Analyst observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.

Required Minimum education required
· Proficient with MS Office Suite
· Exceptional telephone demeanor
· Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
· 1 – 3 years experience in a similar position
· Extensive knowledge of dealer services and development
Preferred
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a business or financial related discipline or equivalent experience
Pay Range
80000 - 90000 Annual
The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
