We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst with strong expertise in instructional design, interactive learning experiences, and user interface design. The role will focus on designing engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling digital learning solutions that combine strong content structure with effective interaction and user experience.

The ideal candidate will bring advanced hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe XD, Lectora, interactive design, and user interface design, along with a strong understanding of learner behaviour, visual communication, usability, and digital learning standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse learning and business requirements and translate them into effective interactive digital learning experiences.
• Design engaging and intuitive learning interfaces with a strong focus on user experience and usability.
• Develop interactive learning modules, simulations, assessments, scenarios, and multimedia experiences using Articulate Storyline and Lectora.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, screen designs, and interaction concepts using Adobe XD and other relevant design tools.
• Develop visually engaging user interface designs that align with established design systems, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
• Design meaningful interactions that improve learner engagement, comprehension, navigation, and knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to convert complex information into clear and engaging digital experiences.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates, interaction patterns, interface components, and design assets.
• Review existing learning experiences and identify opportunities to improve navigation, interaction, visual hierarchy, usability, and overall learner experience.
• Conduct design reviews, usability checks, and quality assessments to ensure interactive content functions accurately across required platforms and devices.
• Work with development and technology teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
• Troubleshoot interaction, layout, navigation, and interface issues and support timely resolution.
• Maintain consistency across learning modules, screens, interactions, visual elements, and user journeys.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in interactive learning, UI/UX design, e-learning technologies, digital accessibility, and learning experience design.
• Contribute to design standards, best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality design outputs within agreed timelines.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of professional experience in instructional design, e-learning, interactive design, UI design, learning experience design, or a related field.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Lectora for developing interactive learning experiences.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe XD and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interface designs.
• Strong expertise in interactive design and user interface design, with a clear understanding of usability and user-centred design principles.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, navigation, interaction patterns, and digital storytelling.
• Experience designing responsive and engaging digital learning experiences across different screen sizes and platforms.
• Ability to independently take a project from requirements → concept → wireframe → interactive design → development → testing → final delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify usability, visual, functional, and interaction issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with instructional designers, SMEs, developers, content teams, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to improving digital experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles will be an advantage.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Instructional Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
