Summary
The Senior Analyst Induction and Onboarding will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving the induction and onboarding experience for new hires across the organization. This role ensures that employees feel welcomed, informed, and equipped to succeed from day one, while aligning with company culture and compliance requirements.
Senior Analyst Role and Responsibilities
Program Design & Execution
Develop and manage end-to-end onboarding programs for various employee segments (e.g., campus hires, lateral hires, leadership).
Coordinate logistics for induction sessions including scheduling, materials, facilitators, and technology platforms.
Ensure alignment of onboarding content with organizational values, policies, and strategic goals.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with HRBPs, hiring managers, IT, and facilities to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey.
Continuous Improvement
Collect feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify gaps and improve onboarding processes.
Monitor onboarding KPIs such as time-to-productivity, engagement scores, and retention metrics.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all onboarding activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and documentation.
Technology & Automation
Leverage HR systems and onboarding platforms to automate workflows and enhance user experience.
Support digital onboarding initiatives including virtual induction programs.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).
3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in onboarding or employee experience roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding platforms (e.g., SAP Success Factors, Workday, Darwinbox).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
