This role is crucial to success of the Elevate Talent program, in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of assessments and interviews with primary responsibility to:

  • Coordinate Talent Circuits with candidates, interviewers and Elevate Talent Champions. This involves managing the calendar of interviewers, ensuring availability, and aligning it to the candidate’s schedule
  • Communicate effectively with both candidates and interviewers to confirm interview times, share logistical details and mange any changes or cancellations.  Clear, professional communication is crucial in creating a positive candidate experience.
  • Management of complex scheduling scenarios including cross-time coordination, rescheduling and balancing of availability of the interview panel
  • Ensuring interviewers have all the necessary materials and candidates are well prepared with the right information and instructions
  • Track the status of interview schedules, providing updates to the recruitment team, and ensuring all feedback is collected and submitted in a timely manner
  • Assist Elevate Talent Champions with logistics for Talent Champion specific training, events or assessments

Capabilities

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthetise data and communicate findings in a meaningful way
  • Adept at collaborating with and influencing stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Ability to independently problem solve and make decisions in a fast-paced / high pressure environment
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance multiple priorities whilst delivering outcomes.

Experience

  • Relevant experience of 8-12 years
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with range of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with managing high volumes of work

Key Accountabilities

  • Have a solid understanding of the program and its performance (relative to key success metrics/enterprise objectives) at any point in time
  • Meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).
