As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will join the People and Finance Systems team to drive the strategic direction and delivery of our suite of SaaS products. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating across departments and geographies to ensure our solutions effectively support Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders.
Your work involves making evidence-based decisions to improve frameworks and deliver on the team roadmap. By providing technical mentorship and coaching to your peers, you will foster a culture of collective ownership while ensuring our Workday platform continues to meet complex business needs
The team / how they connectOur team is a global group with team members in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. We focus on cross-pollinating knowledge across the HR platform to ensure we remain agile and avoid single points of failure. We connect through a mix of project-based work and daily collaboration, supporting each other to deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.
The team is currently working onDelivering key projects such as ATS implementations, payroll builds, and compensation implementations.
Managing BAU activities and reacting to immediate business needs to assist with core business processes.
Refining our tech stack which includes Workday, Lever, Adaptive, and Netsuite.
This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with an expectation to head into the office once or twice a week to connect with stakeholders and teammates face-to-face. We value flexibility and are open to discussing remote arrangements for the right candidate.
