The Opportunity

Cint seeks an organized, meticulous Senior Treasury Analyst with a positive, can-do attitude to join our team. We are looking for a self-starter who will learn our systems and processes, look to make improvements, and quickly become an integral part of our team. Furthermore, an ability to prioritize, work independently, and maintain a professional/friendly demeanor is essential in our fast-paced, collaborative and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Treasury activities including daily bank reconciliations, set up AP payments, engage with bank contacts and create account transfers upon request.
• Daily approval of journal entries and provide support to US counterpart and Treasury Manager.
• Daily review of cash applications work to verify accuracy and confirm completed.
• Weekly meeting with team members to identify missing or erroneous transactions in Net Suite.
• Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts to ensure Net Suite balances tie out with bank statements.
• Respond to internal and external client cash application and payment inquiries
• Assist and engage other teams with research of cash applications, bank access assistance and payment processing.
• Assist with external audit deliverables and internal process documentation when requested.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of accounting/banking experience preferred. 

• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and Net Suite required. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Team player who is flexible with strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.

• Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
