The Treasury organization at Lucid is responsible for global cash operations, liquidity and investment management, banking relationships, capital markets financing, and corporate insurance.
Lucid is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Treasury Capital Markets team to work directly on financing and deal-related activities for the Company. This newly created role will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the company’s capital structure.
The ideal candidate will bring prior deal experience working for a financial institution with a solid foundation in equity and/or debt capital markets who is highly organized and able to prioritize multiple critical workstreams. [On-site or Hybrid]
You Will:
- Play an active role on the deal-team in structuring capital market transactions working with investment banks, investors, senior management, legal, and internal finance teams
- Assist in developing presentation materials for senior management/Board of Directors, investors, and other external partners
- Build and enhance various financial models as needed
- Support compliance-related activities (covenant compliance/reporting and SOX control processes)
- Support execution of financial risk management
You Bring:
- 3+ years in investment banking or 5+ years as a financial analyst with capital markets/M&A experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in a business or quantitative field or CFA a plus
- Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of financial markets and corporate finance (WACC/cost of capital, valuation, financials, macro, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively and articulate ideas and results to senior leadership
- Highly analytical, strong interpersonal skills and brings demonstrated outcomes from working cross-functionally and collaboratively with others

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$104,000—$143,000 USD
