Today, we’re one global team united by bold thinking, relentless drive, and a passion to exceed expectations. If you’re ready to embrace change and make an impact in your career, let’s go.

Why This Role Matters
The Senior Analyst Travel & Expense role focuses on driving optimization and compliance across travel and expense processes, going beyond traditional auditing to improve efficiency, cost control, and data accuracy. It combines advanced analytics, system expertise (SAP Concur), and process improvement initiatives to support better decision-making and user experience. The position also involves cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and mentoring, contributing to both operational excellence and team development.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Optimization: Drive improvements in data accuracy, cost control, and policy compliance beyond standard auditing. Oversee travel and expense audits, ensure practical policy application, and partner with Internal Audit to address issues and strengthen compliance.

  • Process Improvement: Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation to improve efficiency. Support updates to procedures, documentation, and training materials, and partner on projects and cross-functional initiatives related to travel, expense, and corporate card programs.

  • Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Analyze complex travel and expense data to generate insights, identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities. Support financial reporting and budget tracking to improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making.

  • System Administration & Configuration: Act as a key administrator and SME for SAP Concur Travel & Expense, supporting system configuration, optimization, and enhancements. Ensure regular review and alignment of audit rules in SAP Concur and Navan.

  • Mentorship & Escalation: Mentor junior analysts and manage complex or escalated cases, including disputes and fraud. Act as a key contact for non-standard issues, while supporting training, knowledge sharing, and team development to improve user experience and adoption.

  • Vendor Management: Partner with external partners and vendors to enhance system functionality. Support enterprise travel vendor relationships (TMC, airlines, hotels, car rental, card providers), including issue resolution, service optimization, and data-driven analysis.

What We’re Looking For

  • Advanced proficiency in travel and expense management systems (e.g., SAP Concur, Navan).

  • Proficiency in travel and expense auditing software and services (e.g., Appzen, Oversight). Knowledge of SAP (especially G/L and A/P).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products Suite (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).

  • Deep understanding of travel policy compliance, vendor management, corporate credit card programs, and expense auditing.

  • Strong organizational and time/project management skills along with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field or 5 years of demonstrated finance operations experience. Master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, (MBA) and/or professional certification (CPA) is a plus.

  • 3 or more years of experience in corporate travel and expense reimbursement processes and services and a minimum of 1-2 years of accounting, auditing and/or financial analysis experience, preferably in a large corporate or shared service environment.

We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Even if you don’t meet every listed qualification, we encourage you to apply.
