About your team
Fidelity Global Procurement comprises approximately 65 employees based across India, UK, Continental Europe, and Asia Pacific. The team manages approximately $700m of spend split between technology and non-technology categories. Currently the team is undertaking a global transformation programme to deliver an improved Procurement user experience, simpler and more efficient Procurement processes, consistent and accurate Procurement related data. The transformation will drive significant changes to ways of working within and out of Procurement and will implement multiple new technology platforms.
About your role
An interesting opportunity has arisen within Fidelity for a Senior Analyst in Supplier Enablement team. The company has implemented a Global independent Procurement Function and re-designed processes and systems to improve efficiencies and standardise work in order to achieve its core strategies. We are seeking an educated resource to help facilitate and develop these processes involved in Supplier Onboarding, Risk Assessment, and Vendor Master Data Management.
The role will require an understanding of overall procurement process and category considerations while applying common practices for quick turnaround. The key focus is high volume on-time processing with attention on auditability and efficiency. The overall responsibilities being:
- Be accountable for Global Supplier Onboarding and Due Diligence Investigation .
- Managing all administrative and business queries on Master Data Admin (Onboarding Workflow/Creation/Modification) and Due Diligence related via the central mailbox, calls, ServiceNow tickets.
- Understanding business needs and provide managed service solution and triage to the right business channel
- To implement a culture of risk management including identifying key risks and implementing mitigating controls, regular reviews & monitoring of key risks
- Providing end user support and to become centre of excellence for day to day support on Supplier Onboarding process
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of department priorities -- specifically, supporting better customer experience, relevant management reporting, risk reduction, and efficiency.
- Run various data reports for business and all stakeholders per requirements.
- Approve Employee & Supplier master data in ERP system.
- Ensure any of the changes in Supplier / Employee master data base would be upheld by qualified verification documentation which is in line with ERF of FIL from risk control point of view.
- Provide valuable support to team members on enquiry resolution/process visibility.
- Conduct daily queue monitoring and responsible for coordinating with relevant case owners to ensure the operations are running as expected with a high-level service quality and within SLA.
- Maintain Process Change & Update tracker and organise internal meeting periodically to review and ensure the changes would be conducted in consistency internally.
- Ensure process improvements in line with FIL policies & Efficiency scheme.
- Maintain process documentation.
- Participation in projects and change initiatives around process/system enhancements.
- Support your managers for all management decisions in relation to work scope and resource arrangements.
- Provide valuable support to key stakeholders and manage good relationship with them.
- Ad-hoc and other relevant works assigned by supervisor(s).
About You
- Bachelor of Commerce/ MBA.
- Should have an eye for details and go into the depth of issues where needed.
- Should have exposure to working in a global environment with an ability to work with people across the globe in different time zones and with different cultures.
