How you’ll make an impact:
This role will play a pivotal role in developing strategic initiatives for the business, by providing market/ competitive intelligence in the strategic decisions.
- Support the preparation of the Strategic Plan and Key Operational Drivers (KOD) reporting.
- Develop, and maintain in-depth reviews and analysis of key strategic business issues, including exploring market and hospital dynamics, opportunity assessment, optimizing current business, and competitive landscape.
- Synthesize competitive and market trend intelligence into actionable alternatives to support business objectives.
- Integrate findings from research and other analyses into the annual planning process, which establishes the business imperatives for the organization. Conduct ad-hoc Market Research where needed to fill any knowledge gaps.
- Show curiosity and expertise in data analysis, and create compelling visuals to tell stories, inform decisions and drive business impact.
- Develop presentations and tools to facilitate communication of strategic initiatives and plans to internal and external audiences

What you'll need (Required):
- University degree and solid experience in data analytics and market insights / strategic marketing or other relevant
- Proficiency in English.
