Type: Full Time Employee (FTE)
We're on track to finish this fiscal year with approximately 35,000 clicks to Wipfli.com from Clearview social posts in FY25, as well as approximately 40,000 shares of our content for an estimated market value of about $100,000. To best support the firm's marketing and communications efforts, we need help managing the technical execution of daily social posting to the firm channels, weekly Clearview Social content queues, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with internal teams, and handling related graphic asset preparation and occasional system support. Additionally, you will support the assembling and scheduling posts for the firm's social media channels via Brand watch and actively support the Paid Media team with ongoing send pacing, optimizations and reporting.
Technology skills, Competencies and Experience:
- Exceptional communicator in English (native/near native) with presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Canva and comfort working with brand asset libraries such as Aprimo.
- Familiarity with Clearview Social and Brand watch.
- Proficiency in basic social metrics reporting.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in managing multiple queues and requests simultaneously.
- Flexibility: ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple deadlines. (Clearview deadlines generally do not change but are subject to being moved up or pushed back by a day or two around holidays.
- Many social media posts for the firm channels are not finalized until the day they are due to go live.)
- Clear communication skills for interacting with requesters and internal teams.
- Experience working with content management systems a plus
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assemble weekly Clearview Social queues based on finalized, edited content that will be provided by the social media team.
- Assign appropriate queues to industry teams and send them for approval each week, according to each team's deadlines.
- Monitor queue status and follow up with stakeholders as needed to ensure timely approvals.
- Schedule 4-5 weekly social media posts using Brand watch, ensuring all content aligns with the social media calendar and is submitted for team approval.
- Source all post components (including copy, creative, and links) from Wrike; this role does not require content creation.
- Post directly to social media platforms when needed. Due to occasional Brand watch limitations, the candidate must be comfortable navigating native publishing tools (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Maintain accuracy and timeliness when scheduling or posting, ensuring all materials are properly formatted and platform appropriate.
- Assemble accompanying graphics in Canva when required, using assets from the Aprimo library. (Many projects will already come with finalized creativity from the designers.)
- Coordinate with the design team for final approval of graphics before distribution.
- Maintain visual consistency and brand alignment in all graphics produced.
- Proactively follow up with content requesters to obtain any missing assets or information (e.g., URLs, campaign titles, CTA links).
- Communicate professionally and clearly with internal stakeholders, ensuring no bottlenecks in the content deployment process.
- Attend regular meetings with the social team and our Clearview rep to learn about new platform features.
- Provide basic Clearview Social technical support to associates (e.g., resolving account disconnection issues, managing user access to industry queues).
- Monitor the Wipfli social media inbox.
- Add new associates to Clearview; remove associates from Clearview after they have left the firm.
- Escalate more complex platform issues to internal IT or Clearview support as needed.
- Paid Search ongoing pacing and weekly optimizations
- Monthly invoicing and flowchart actualizations
- Populating media reporting with metrics to support reporting team
- Additional tasks (as time allows) will be determined based on candidate's skillset and aptitude
- Simple web edits support as needed
- Assist the internal teams to create templated pages and help publish content on the website (i.e.. News/articles)
- Collaborate with members of the digital and web teams and make relevant changes to the websites (Including the Meta description & Keywords)
