What you’ll do
- Coordinate projects: Lead cross venture, high impact projects; align stakeholders and ensure consistent execution across countries.
- Program delivery: Define work plans, timelines, governance, and resource needs track progress and manage risks to deliver on scope and schedule.
- Stakeholder management: Act as the bridge between business and technical teams; manage stakeholders across countries and backgrounds.
- Automation: Identify automation opportunities to scale processes and reduce time spent on manual tasks.
- Business case: Prepare business case with in-depth data and risks analysis to access project feasibility.
- Data & analysis: Produce KPI reports, root cause analyses, and actionable recommendations.
- Standardization: Support standardization of data models and reporting across all ventures.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years in project/program management or consulting; experience in ecommerce, logistics, or tech preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English; strong stakeholder and cross cultural communication skills.
- Analytical skills: Good with numbers and Boolean logic.
- Tools: Advance Google Sheets/Excel.
Desired Skills (Not necessary, but will be a plus)
- Domain experience: Operational process improvement experience in logistics.
- BI: Familiarity with Business Intelligence packages (i.e. Tableau, Looker).
- SQL: Ability to write SQL queries and output into Excel through Macros.
- AI: Experience in building prompts and troubleshooting outputs.
