Senior Analyst - Sales Support
In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, reporting, and operational support that improve business performance and customer outcomes. What You Will Do
- Lead complex sales analytics projects that support business planning, pricing, territory management, and commercial decision-making.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions that provide actionable insights for sales and business leaders.
- Analyze customer, market, and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Translate business requests into analytical approaches, recommendations, and measurable action plans.
- Support pricing and quoting activities by leveraging market analysis and customer data to inform recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance customer relationship management (CRM) data, account assignments, and sales tracking processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Create executive-ready analyses and presentations that communicate business impact, performance trends, and strategic opportunities.
- Train and support team members on reporting tools, analytics processes, and best practices to improve organizational capability.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales operations, business analytics, data analytics, commercial operations, finance, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis techniques.
- Experience working with customer, sales, market, or operational data to support business decision-making.
- Experience with Data cleansing and automation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, DAX, and data modeling.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

- US5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
- US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
- US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
- US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
- US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
