How You’ll Make An Impact:
- Lead the development, design, and implementation of U.S. sales incentive plans ensuring alignment with commercial, strategic imperatives and financial budgetary requirements.
- Own and manage the sales planning process inclusive but not limited to territory design, quota logic, account exception reporting, compensation accrual reporting, prorated performance management, and headcount optimization.
- Calculate and prepare commission and commission statements for U.S. sales force within specified deadlines while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide management decision support through ad hoc analyses and reporting.
- Develop meaningful presentations of data and analyses to communicate projections, results, recommendations, and insights to management.
- Lead ad hoc projects that have measurable impact on the business through cross-functional collaboration with functions such as Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT
- Primary owner of the development, tracking, and reporting for sales awards.
- Partner with Finance partners to ensure accurate and timely commission payouts.
What You'll Need (Required):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, 5 years previous analytical experience including spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing

- Experience using data visualization tools to develop dashboards such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Experience with reporting tools such as MS Reporting Services
- Capability to adapt to proprietary systems such as JD Edwards and Salesforce.com (SFDC)
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.
For California, the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $124,000 (highly experienced).
