Why This Role is Exciting
Optro is a category-defining GRC platform enabling organizations to modernize audit, risk, and compliance with purpose-built agentic solutions. The Senior Analyst Relations Specialist is the operational backbone of our analyst relations program. You’ll own the day-to-day execution of analyst engagement — briefings, inquiries, evaluation prep, and relationship management — while developing the skills to translate analyst insights into strategic recommendations that shape how Optro shows up in the market.
You’ll join an agile team of GRC industry professionals, reporting directly to the Director of AR & Market Intelligence. This team transforms market signals into actionable intelligence that influences positioning, executive narratives, product strategy, and go-to-market decisions across the business.
Core Responsibilities
Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and follow-up activities across firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and others). Own scheduling, logistics, and tracking.
Manage RFI/RFP submissions and supporting documentation for major analyst evaluations (Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, IDC MarketScape).
Prepare briefing materials and strategic narratives for executives and cross-functional stakeholders ahead of analyst interactions.
Track and report on AR program impact and health: pipeline influence, briefing cadence, evaluation timelines, and analyst relationship status.
Synthesize analyst research, evaluation outcomes, and market commentary into actionable insights for GTM, product, and executive teams.
Partner with the team’s competitive intelligence leads to translate analyst-sourced intelligence into competitive positioning and sales enablement materials.
Present analyst insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in analyst relations, competitive intelligence, product marketing, or a related field, with at least 1–2 years of hands-on analyst relations experience.
Familiarity with analyst firm engagement models (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), including inquiry processes, briefings, and evaluation methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with polished, executive-facing professionalism.
Strong project management and organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with GRC or adjacent enterprise technology markets.
Experience working within high-growth SaaS organizations.
Willingness and aptitude to adopt AI-enabled workflows for research, synthesis, reporting, and market monitoring.
