About the Team
ZALORA Operations drives continuous improvement in customer delivery and returns processes to achieve the fastest delivery times in the market and deliver a seamless customer experience. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Analyst with the Regional Projects team, you will have two primary responsibilities:
Projects
- Work closely with cross functional teams (Logistics, Tech, Revenue, Customer Experience, Commercial, Marketing) to implement projects in all ZALORA ventures across SEA
- Drive process and strategy improvements using project management frameworks to optimize scoping, tracking and prioritization across all ZALORA ventures
- Contribute to project decisions on work plan, timeline, governance, and resource planning
- Coordinate high-impact, cross-venture projects and ensure alignment across multiple teams
Data Analytics
- Prepare in-depth reports containing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) assessments, root cause analysis, and devise action plans in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Support the standardisation of various data models, reporting and performance management across all ventures
- Prepare business case with in depth data and risks analysis to access project feasibility for senior management review.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other Quantitative degrees
Experience
A minimum of 3 years project management experience; preferably in e-commerce companies, consulting firms or tech companies
Core Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English with good communication skills
- Manage stakeholders across countries and backgrounds, and serve as intermediary between business and tech teams
- Demonstrated ability to assess, improve and reconstruct information and workflows, as well as able to analyse and structure data to extract relevant insights
- Great with number crunching and aptitude for data-driven decision-making and automation
- Intermediate gsheet/Excel skills (pivot, importrange, filter, arrayformula etc)
Additional Requirements
- Experience with operational process improvement initiatives in logistics or relevant consulting experience is preferred
- Experience with Business Intelligence packages (i.e. Tableau, looker or google insights) are a plus
- Experience with building SQL queries is a plus
