The Senior Analyst, Process Excellence supports Edwards’ enterprise BPM capability by delivering analytical insights that drive process understanding and improvement. This role applies process mining, KPI analytics, and BPMN documentation to identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities across enterprise processes.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Analyze end‑to‑end process execution using process mining and analytics techniques
- Build KPI dashboards, conformance views, and ongoing monitoring analyses.
- Link analytical evidence to BPMN L3–L4 process models and improvement recommendations.
- Other analysis, documentation, and workshop support activities.
What you’ll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process analysis, operational analytics, or continuous improvement.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with transactional data.
- Hands‑on experience documenting processes using BPMN.
- Strong analytical storytelling and communication skills.
